Sushi Lab: Concept to Opening
Sushi Lab is a boutique sushi concept launched inside a Midtown hotel. Jazzmin was part of the core infrastructure from day one, brought in as the operational lead to build the business from the ground up alongside the owner. She managed the full buildout including staff hiring, brand and logo development, menu and drink menu creation, vendor relationships, SOP development, PR and marketing, and full aesthetic direction. Under her leadership the original 10 seat concept expanded to 30 seats. She was present on opening day and remained with the business for 1.5 years post launch.

Jazzmin Hylton founded 4MYDOGS in 2023 as a brick and mortar pet care and retail business in Westchester, New York. Built entirely from an idea, 4MYDOGS grew into a full service operation offering dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training, dog walking, social events, and a curated retail shop with an e-commerce presence. In three years the business served over 3,000 dogs and grew year over year financially. 4MYDOGS is the living proof of concept behind Arc & Axis Advisory.
